for a brief moment last night on the bus while listening to "say it ain't so" (don't hate) and texting my sr. prom date, i could have sworn it was 2001.
that's what i was thinking! until i went looking for 2001-era photos, found this http://www.time.com/time/yip2001/ and realized that wow, 2001 kinda blew, large-scale. katie-scale, 2001 was alright.
